Staying in the suite on the top floor with its own terrace and jacuzzi was outstanding, and we truly enjoyed our stay. The design of the room after three days was simple yet comfortable. The Bluetooth speaker wasn't quite ready, but the manager invited us to enjoy champagne in the bar while we waited, going the extra mile on our last day. The service couldn't have been more helpful, with the staff being absolutely charming and friendly, especially Javier at reception. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Palma's old town surrounded by vibrant bars and restaurants. Dining was excellent, with meals brought directly to our table.
